I'm always on the hunt for how to make super greens, super tasty. Enter baked kale chips! I found this incredibly easy
recipe at
Smitten Kitchen.
Ingredients:
1 bunch of kale
2 tablespoons of olive oil
A pinch of sea salt
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Wash and dry kale.
Remove hard middle stem and cut into large pieces -- I take my knife down either side of the stem.
Toss with olive oil, add a bit of sea salt and spread on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
These chips makes a very healthy and tasty snack. Monkey loves them!
