I seem to gravitate towards bright, cheerful colours during the summer. It's almost as if the hot, sunny days challenge me to shed my standard black, navy and grey outfits. So, you can imagine my delight when I stumbled upon the recent collection by Heidi Merrick, a designer known for her west coast brand of Californian cool.
