OUR NIGHT OF DARKNESS

Last night was a preview of what might come our way with Hurricane Sandy. We had a power outage that lasted for three and a half hours. It was conveniently timed right around Monkey's bedtime so his bath was light by candles (I wish I had pictures!) and story time happened with a flashlight. It felt a bit spooky with Halloween right around the corner!
