Salmon fillets (one serving size is about 6 ounces)
Preheat oven to 425◦F. Place salmon fillets (skin down) in a baking dish.
On each fillet, spread 1/4 teaspoon of minced garlic, squeeze fresh lemon juice and drizzle 1/4 teaspoon of maple syrup.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fillets. The salmon is ready when it easily flakes apart with a fork.
This recipe can also be done on the BBQ in the warmer weather. Enjoy!
